These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and k666d ("k666d," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://k666d.pro and all associated subdomains and mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

Your k666d account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials and must take all reasonable steps to maintain the security and confidentiality of your login details.

You must select a strong, unique password for your k666d account and must not reuse passwords from other online services. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings is strongly recommended. k666d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

k666d is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business hour to process depending on the sending institution.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 per transaction. k666d targets a processing time of thirty (30) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals and one to four (1–4) business hours for bank transfers. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; delays may occur during KYC review, fraud screening, or bank processing. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of k666d.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k666d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

k666d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software. k666d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.

k666d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. You may close your account at any time by contacting k666d support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, provided KYC requirements have been met and no active bonuses remain subject to wagering.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k666d holds its online gaming operating licence.
